Making it your Own: Customizing Ephraim Pottery

We understand that sometimes you fall in love with one of our pieces but wish it were just a bit different—perhaps in a different color, slightly larger, or without a certain sculptural element. That’s why we’re pleased to offer our customization service, allowing you to personalize select pieces from our current collections while maintaining the artistic integrity and craftsmanship that defines Ephraim Pottery.

How our Customization Works

Our customization service is designed to offer flexibility while respecting the artistic vision behind each piece. We’ve carefully structured our options to ensure that each customized piece remains true to the Ephraim aesthetic while meeting your specific needs.

What we can customize:

  1. Size: Increase or decrease dimensions to fit your space perfectly.
  2. Glazes: Choose from our current production glazes for both the pot body and sculptural elements. (Note: As our glazes are mixed in-house, slight variations may occur.)
  3. Sculptural Elements: We can omit certain features for a simpler look. Or often we can add simple sculptural elements (e.g. a petal, flower, or frog).
  4. Adding a Lid: Many vases can be enhanced with flanged or gallery style lids.

What we don’t customize:

  1. Creating entirely new designs
  2. Using glazes not currently in production

The Process:

  1. Select a piece from our collection
  2. Email us at ephraim.office@gmail.com. Our team will work with you to understand your vision and provide a price quote.
  3. Review your price quote (all customizations include a minimum 10% upcharge)
  4. Pay in full to place your order
  5. Wait 8 weeks for delivery

Customized pieces (except glaze variations) receive our special custom mark (©) to signify their unique status.

Please note: Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
