Our gallery on the West Coast is a dream-come-true for the pottery. Serendipity and a leap-of-faith came together to make this dream a reality in 2012. Kevin Hicks, founder and potter, stumbled upon Cambria, CA in the course of his travels, and this small, artsy town resonated with our studio’s identity. Good luck presented us with a quaint space on Main St., and Terri Belford – our talented store manager.
Located in Cambria’s charming West Village, Ephraim Pottery West carries our full line of pottery, tile, and wood items, as well as unique product-development pieces and glaze variations. Ephraim Pottery West also carries a carefully curated selection of work by other artists and craftspeople, including furniture by Voorhees Craftstman, textiles by Archive Edition, landscape paintings by Gordon Luce, and lamps by William Morris Studio. Come visit Terri in Cambria to see and feel our pottery in person.
Cambria has long been known as a romantic destination and February is an ideal time to explore this sweet village and take a sunset stroll along Moonstone Beach boardwalk. If you want to show your special someone how creative you are, skip the flowers, candy or jewelry and bring them into the Ephraim Pottery gallery to choose a timeless piece of art pottery. Our floral motif vases and art tiles are a favorite anytime and perfect for Valentines Day.
“Love is in the Air” is the theme of the four-day Cambria Film Festival featuring 50 of the best shorts, features and documentaries from around the world. Feb. 7-10.
