Our gallery on the West Coast is a dream-come-true for the pottery. Serendipity and a leap-of-faith came together to make this dream a reality in 2012. Kevin Hicks, founder and potter, stumbled upon Cambria, Ca in the course of his travels, and this small, artsy town resonated with our studio’s identity. Good luck presented us with a quaint space on Main St., and Terri Belford – our talented store manager.

Located in Cambria’s charming West Village, Ephraim Pottery West Coast Gallery carries our full line of pottery, tile, and wood items, as well as unique product-development pieces and glaze variations. Ephraim Pottery West Coast Gallery also carries a carefully curated selection of work by other artists and craftspeople, including furniture by Voorhees Craftstman, textiles by Archive Edition, local plein aire landscape paintings by Gordon Luce, and lamps by William Morris Studio. Come visit Terri in Cambria to see and feel our pottery in person.

Ephraim Pottery Studio Gallery began in 2007 as a small space adjacent to our studio in the old Municipal Building in Lake Mills. In 2013 we expanded this gallery into a new location – still just a stone’s throw away from our studio – facing the town square in downtown Lake Mills.

The Studio Gallery communicates closely with the studio and there is a steady flow of ideas back and forth in the form of suggestions from customers and feedback on new ideas. This gallery carries many unique pieces – product development designs, experimental pottery, second and irregular quality vases and tiles, and glaze variations. In addition, the Studio Gallery offerings include glazing and sculpting workshops.

Come to visit us in Lake Mills to see and feel our pottery in person. Lake Mills is about 25 miles east of downtown Madison and about 50 miles west of downtown Milwaukee. It is about a 2.5-hour drive from downtown Chicago and about 4.5 hours from the Twin Cities. Street parking is available.
