Standing 10.5 inches tall, the vessel features a sophisticated two-tone glaze of leaf green and deep blue-black, creating a striking contrast that frames its focal point, a meticulously hand-carved panel of stylized calla lilies rendered in distinctive linear Art Nouveau style. Each vase features a unique, freeform interpretation of the calla lily design that demands hours of skilled carving and glazing to execute—ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike—while the pale inlay creates a dramatic silhouette against the dark background. The design shows careful attention to proportion, with the lily motif perfectly scaled to complement the vase’s elegant height.
