Ephraim artists have spent the last year experimenting with electric lanterns and we are pleased to offer the Prairie Ginkgo Lantern in our new Studio Collection. A lid adorned with sculpted ginkgo leaves sits atop a narrow tapered form. The organic sculpting on the lid provides a nice counterpoint to the series of square window piercings and formal architecture of the lantern’s base. This lantern provides a soft glowing light—perfect for a night light or other mood lighting. Includes a small removable cord and bulb.

Handmade to order. No two pieces of the same design look exactly alike, that’s part of the magic of handmade ceramics. Because we lean away from technologies like molds, templates, and casts, each piece is wholly unique. Minor variations in size, decoration, color and finish are intrinsic to our pottery. Please expect and embrace the variation inherent in our process.

The Flowering Fuchsia Bottle follows up the limited-edition Fuchsia Vase from 2016. The bowing fuchsia blossoms rest amidst sculpted leaves and cutouts at the top of this unusual bottle form. Vibrant contrast of rich pink, red tones with deep chestnut green tones creates a beautiful finish on this piece. Handmade to order. Five leaves and five buds crown the shoulder and flared rim of this iconic vase, whose rolled leaves impart a slightly feminine style to its architectural structure. The Virtue Vase encapsulates perfection—ideal for a mantel or bookshelf. Handmade to order. No two pieces of the same design look exactly alike, that’s part of the magic of handmade ceramics.
